Approve what the agent drafts

Drafts and held actions, such as a payment link or a booking, wait in Agents › Approvals. Home shows the newest ones too.

   Step 1. Open Agents › Approvals. Each item shows the customer's question and what the agent wants to send or do.

   Step 2. Select Review in inbox to read it in the conversation, change it if needed and send it, or Dismiss to drop it. On Home, the same drafts offer Approve and send to send as they are.
